I bought this bike because I needed to cycle across the country. All in all, this thing works great! Minor hiccups here and there, but if you're looking for a cheap solution for moving house or everyday road transport, look no further. Pros: - Well made and durable - it really surprised me. For the price I was expecting cheap hollow metal tubing and the like, but everything is well made and seems built to last. - Easy to Install - After a bit of a learning curve, this thing installs easily in less than 2 minutes. - Rubber quick release straps are great. - Well fixed and not swaying. Cons: - The clamps that stabilize the rig are all metal and will quickly take on your car's paintwork. Before installation, please take another 5 minutes to cover the clips with tape or foam. Nylon straps loosen a bit on long rides. Re-tighten every 100-150 miles to be on the safe side. This affects your license plate. I've traveled across the country without incident, but there's a slim chance a police officer will convict you for doing so. (Alternatively, you can make a temporary copy of your disk and place it in your window, or attach it to the setup itself to avoid the problem entirely.)
