The little one was too big. I had to give it to someone else. But otherwise it was a really great collar. Good. I had to update this review. This is the first time I have updated a review or have ever had to. First of all, I have to say that I am delighted with the customer service. Shortly after I wrote the review someone contacted me and asked if I would like a new collar. Nothing has ever happened to me in my online shopping experience. I should have contacted her first, but I never do. For someone who cares so much about me, that happens once in a lifetime. Good. Customer Service Rating. The best I've seen, the rating is well over 10. Not enough stars in my opinion. Now the product. The first collar I got was red. Super cute and it worked really well, very bright and I loved the fact that it was rechargeable but it was so big it slipped right off his neck. Not sure if I ordered the wrong size or what but the second collar they sent (remember they contacted me!) fits perfectly. It's really bright! I used to use a small clip on the lights but no doubt I can see it from afar. I love the new green they sent me (they sent me pictures and asked me which one I prefer and I went with green). It's neon, very bright. My Charlie loves the new collars and he was very happy with them so I think it's comfortable for him. Sometimes he runs away so I can definitely see him now! This company is great! No one has ever contacted me. I am blown away, I would recommend this company without hesitation. The product is wonderful and fits perfectly now, it's very bright and I can see it from afar and the customer service is the best I've seen in years of online shopping. Everyone will be perfectly satisfied with this collar, and if not. Contact them and let them solve your problem. I very much doubt anyone will ever be disappointed with this product or company. I know when I buy something online it might not be what I'm looking for and that's a risk I'm taking and I'm okay with that. But it's not a risk at all and it really warms my heart when someone helps because they care. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude so I'll end here. I am sure there will be no dissatisfied customers and you will not go wrong by ordering this product.
