If you have a pile of scrap wood lying around and need a speed bag platform then this is for you. Just find some guides on the internet to create your own platform cheaply and easily. Then buy yourself one of those simple swivel kits and a bag and you're in gold (gloves. HA!). It even comes with all plywood mounting hardware. After a few months of use it started to squeak a bit, but I just smeared some lube on the pin and it quieted it.
