I had done business with 3other people when they purchased my music CD's from me when I was 12 years old! The staff at Record Natiions were very friendly and helpful as well. They were able to search many sites and find all the info that i need which made it fast easy. They are upfront about how much its going to cost to ship everything out once I sign up. You may want to keep costs low before you order too much if you plan on sending things internationally or have some big shipment. Also, don't wait forever after you decide on an item to send in or youll have missed this perfect timing. Shipping a ton of CDs that were sitting around all these years into Japan without them being damaged or lost! The customer service is top notch! They were very responsive to our needs and worked with us directly on all aspects of the project. I have not found anything that I disliked about the service we received from them. We used Record Nations for document scanning and they did an excellent job. They are professional and courteous, their rates are competitive, and their service was exactly what we needed.
