I am very happy with this purchase. I just put them on, they look great and are very heavy. I hope they will protect my glass porch from southern pine pollen and keep it warm in the winter. I plan to take them off in the summer months. I installed them myself which was a chore. I recommend having an 8'x20' helper just because of the sheer size, weight and clumsiness to maneuver. static grip. Again, a helper would make this work a little easier. The material makes a very thick and durable impression. I'm not sure how you would tear it apart if it hadn't gotten stuck on something sharp. If you are looking for a DIY alternative to your home bubble, I would recommend this product. I hung it on small screwable vinyl coated hooks. I estimated the cost of a professional custom kit but when I got the estimate it was over $4800. I am willing to buy this product for less than $500. An 8'x20' and two 8'x12's covered my entire porch perfectly. Certainly not as good as a bespoke kit, but good enough for me given the huge savings. I only wish I could make it to the Super Bowl!
