Outstanding warranty and customer service.
I bought this last year and had Jiffy Lube install it when my starter motor started to fail. Last week I got in my car and the starter wouldn't turn on and I had to go to the auto zone to buy a replacement because I only have one car. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly to my warranty request and when I explained what happened they gave me a full refund. I would recommend their products even if this one was defective which is a chance for all products.
