We bought this piece of junk in July 2018. Remember that over the years I have purchased 10 or more Keurig products for our use or as gifts. We wanted the best product available and paid a premium price because we thought we were getting the best value. Fast forward to November 2020. One day the product just stopped working. We've tried all sorts of fixes to no avail. I called customer service and asked if I could get a discount on a replacement as ours only lasted a little over two years. They called back and left me a message offering a very generous 50% discount. It was 9 days ago. Since then I've called back half a dozen times to order replacements. I've been waiting for over an hour and nobody answers the phone. They promised to call back at least half a dozen times but never did. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If the device is designed for 2 years, then you are much cheaper with Cusinart, and if it gives up the ghost in 2 years, you feel less stupid than if you buy this junk. Seriously I will never buy a Keurig product again because of their terrible customer support.
