I bought this speaker at a reasonable price for what was on offer. I needed a bar column for my table (TV, computer). It has good sound quality and is easy to set up and use. Unfortunately, I use a flat screen TV as my monitor, so the power supply wasn't long enough to mount it where I needed to mount it (above my TV). I contacted the company and asked for an extension cord to be reached. I wasn't expecting much (not for a budget column), but I was surprised. Instead of just telling me to buy a longer adapter, they actually made an extended adapter and shipped it (all for free). I recommend this product for customer service only (although you will not be disappointed with the product). Bravo! You don't see many companies going beyond that. He definitely did and now has a loyal customer.
