Mysterious device

I think it's a good device. I'm not an electronics guru. And I haven't seen as far as the guide. I'm weak when it comes to electrical knowledge. That's a bit cryptic to me. Just like this box. I'm glad I found a video of a guy who is almost as lost as I show him. That's why I deducted a star. I have experienced intermittent problems with this device. Without having to rock the chord in a loud amp. This can cost the price of the device. But don't try to ruin a 6 inch chord by stretching it to size. If you buy this for your 6 inch patch cords you will stretch them badly. You have to find another way with an adapter or another block for 6 inch cables. Overall this is a good block. So watch out for the lights. If they light up, that's a signal. But move them. When the lights flash The cable is not good. I don't know if there should be a way to tell which of the jacks is bad on the left, right, or both. But I found a bad cable. And when I checked it, I found the left one was loose. After I put it on, the cable performed well in the test.
