Review on Bean Envy Gooseneck Coffee Kettle by Jose Smith

Follow up report. Am envy is amazing. I have previously written a review of the kettle and expressed my disappointment that the handle would melt if it was too close to the flame. They've made changes to their kettle and added a small card warning customers to use the correct flame size. I know this because they sent me a new kettle and then sent me a note to review. Rarely do sellers really listen to their customers and take their feedback seriously. The new kettle works great and the service is just great! Thank you!
