Remote Control Not Working
As many reviews say, untangling these lights is a nightmare. Then when you attach the tree you have to be very careful or they will turn back into a tangled ball! Put them on a roll for goodness sake! Also, my remote doesn't work, so I have to press the button on the outlet behind the tree to change the lighting modes. Since the remote control doesn't work, I can't use the dimming function, which is what I was most looking forward to. So after all the frustration of deciphering it, I have to take it down the tree to come back. Not impressed.
