I bought this specifically to be an inexpensive option to get by with my work laptop shared with my PC and it works great for that purpose. I particularly like the ease of having all the cables installed, although this worries me in the long run because it can seem like a single damaged cable will pretty much destroy the entire device. The cables are a lot longer than I think. swapping two computers, and while that allows the flexibility to organize everything, it causes a bit of a problem with what to do with all the extra cables that currently exist as a rat's nest on my desk (I'd just tuck it under the desk, but our baby loves to tug on the cords so conveniently placed). However, the device works quite well and I especially like the long cable on the toggle switch itself, which allows me to end up hiding all the other stuff behind/under the table somehow.
