Unfortunately getting it to work properly with any of my computers wasn't easy, but not terrible. I had to roll back some drivers for BT to work at all. After uninstalling, unplugging, rebooting and plugging back in, it works until I update the drivers. On my other computer I actually bought this for, NO GO, Windows recognizes BT perfectly, same story, no updating drivers but no Wi-Fi joy. I downloaded the drivers from EZcast as mentioned in the documentation. The installation started but then aborted to indicate that this operating system is not supported. Both PCs are running the same version and build of Windows 10. I hate messing around with returning items as it basically works with one of my PCs. Wait a minute, I'll make my decision in a few days. If I decide to return it I will update my rating after the return process is complete.
