Exactly what I need for external components
I find this DVD/CD player works well with both CDs and DVDs. It plugs in without any additional software and allows me to rip my CD collection to another digital format. It's lightweight, which makes it easy to travel. The box it came in was so thin I keep it in the storage box. For my use, it would be nice if the cord was a bit longer, but that would ruin the portability factor. In general I am satisfied with the purchase, delivered quickly and without complaints. You really can't ask for more!
