It's only my first day with it, but it's soooo much better than my last webcam. I used to look like a ghost (I have bad lighting in my office) but now I look good even with my terrible lighting (with a skylight on one side and no natural light). The picture is clear. It's physically small (cropped) on my monitor and doesn't block the screen except for a small profile. Ring light is perfect. I haven't tried Zoom yet. I like the smaller angle range (that's why I bought this one - nobody needs to see my whole background!). It was packaged beautifully, was definitely ready to use and even came with a small cleaning cloth (nice touch). I hate everything in front of the camera, but at least I don't look like Dracula's niece! The only thing I don't like is the auto focus, but it works great. I'm just not a fan of this feature, but when I need it, I know it should be.
