The customer service that we received was exceptional! From our initial chat with them through setup, everything went smoothly for us in regards setting up this program within Evernote. I really do not have anything negative about this software - it works wonderfully well and has made my life easier as an executive at work by allowing me quick access to important documents via email or text from anywhere around the world without having to physically send them out myself. Truly wonderful tool- just what you need when working remotely! I highly recommend adding UTbox into your list if using any kind of document management system (like Microsoft OneDrive/Drop Box). Utilization of electronic communication rather than paper allows significant time savings plus eliminates potential security risks associated with mailing hard copies across state lines and overseas!
