Review on 📏 Protractor Inclinometer with Backlight & Magnetic Base - Model 82412 XSB by Brian Schultz

I have had this item for 2 years now and have used it several times, I usually use it in relative mode but sometimes is absolutely useful. It has mostly worked fine until recently, although sometimes the text may want to be flipped upside down if it's having trouble recognizing the layer alignment. I just noticed that at 0 degree orientation in absolute mode I can't get it to read anymore, it's quite tedious. It only shows in 90 degree increments, starting at 90 and going up to 180 but never down to 0. I've tried to recalibrate but was unsuccessful. Other than that, it still works great in relative mode, but since I haven't used it that much and mostly been gentle with it, I assume it still works. Can the seller/manufacturer help to solve this problem? I will edit/update this post if anything changes.
