Excellent product with exceptional Customer Service

The customer support is excellent. The customer service team listens to us as we explain our needs and helps us to find a solution. We have a team of volunteers and Excellerate has been able to track their hours and payroll easily. The ease of use helps our team of volunteers to be more productive. It is a great solution for small, medium, and large churches. The dashboard makes it simple to see what we need to do next. I cannot think of anything we dislike. It has been a great experience for our church. Excellerate has been able to help our church. Our volunteers are able to use the system and understand how to use it.

  • All staff members that work at this software were friendly when working with me in finding solutions using excelentate's services! Also there was quick response time from all my questions or problems about excellerated products.I would like you guys keep up doing your job well because i really appreciate everything here !!! :) :D:)
