Review on 📺 The Ultimate Entertainment on-the-go: Sylvania Dual Screen Portable DVD Players (9-inch) by Ralph Gerry

I bought it because of USB functionality. I'm an IT professional so I'm not new to computers and not trying to make things work. The instructions say that for USB video you need Mpeg2, AVI or VOB format and no more than 640x480. I converted all my movies to each of these formats after the subsequent ones wouldn't play. I also reformatted the USB to ntsc, exfat and fat32. Sylvania offers absolutely no support. They have a number they said they would forward it to tech support and get in touch with me. A week passed and no reply. I sent 4 emails to their support team and got no reply. The device does not work as advertised and there is absolutely no support available in case of problems. I strongly advise against this absolute piece of crap. It's better to throw your DVD in the trash than waste space and money on it. I will never buy from this seller or manufacturer again. I can't remember any other time I found so little support, even Revane said they could only give me my money back. Probably because this product is so junk that people keep returning it and throwing it away so there is nothing to trade. I would give fewer stars if I could.
