Product arrived as expected (within 2 days of order and free prime shipping). Easy enough to install, just remove the seat and thread the straps underneath. When it comes to air pressure, less is definitely more and takes some getting used to, especially on winding roads. This will lift you at least an inch, possibly more depending on the amount of air used. Today the first run was a 350 mile run on mixed road types and the Falcon did well. Definitely helped with typical saddle pain and made the ride comfortable for a longer period of time. We'll see how it holds up, but so far so good. An added bonus is the ability to tuck a heated plug under the strap for easy access. I don't see why I wouldn't use this on a 100 mile trip or so.
