I am a 62 year old grandmother. Took me 6 hours to assemble everything. I've found that some of the charts are actually the opposite of what you need to do. Make sure you match the floors for each room before composing the levels as I had to flip everything to level them. Otherwise it wasn't that difficult, it just took a lot of time. Pretty durable. I hope it lasts!
