Connected, loaded drivers and it works.
Connected, drivers loaded and everything works. Keep in mind that if you have an older computer, you may need to upgrade your graphics card. I have a Dell Inspiron 560 desktop computer that will not work with another monitor that I recently purchased. I bought an ASUS GeForce 210 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 low-profile graphics card off the shelf for $33 to fix this problem.
