Great expectations. but failed. Too bad my kids wore them so many times before they started complaining. Pros: * Great price * Seems to stand up to child abuse (8yrs and 10yrs) * Navy and green match * True to size (both kids are a size 2, ordered a size 2 and it fits perfectly) Cons: * Narrow shoe box (kids hurt toes when worn for a long time) * Stiff material (never broken regardless of wear) * White sole gets dirty easily and difficult to keep clean * Opening shoes cut ankles (both of my kids had cuts on the outer and inner ankles on both Feet - they didn't tell me until I noticed because they knew how much they were begging for those boots) So, finally. If I had known what those things do to my kids feet I would have sent them back. like now, they don't wear them. They really wanted to please them because they looked cool and begged them, but it hurt them too much.
