At first it worked perfectly. Loved the temperature and liked the really big glass top for big mugs. However, after 1 month of ownership and daily use, it has completely stopped working - the oven comes on but there is no heating. No more warming up, no more delicious hot coffee. I decided it was no longer worth the desk space and had my kid tinker around and take it apart with a hammer. Will not be replaced by the same brand. EDIT: The seller contacted me with a replacement and I'm testing again. I will update this review in the future if it runs longer than the previous one.
