I love that they keep me sweat free and I love that they are so easy to apply. However, they can't be held properly with most of my headgear. On hot, sunny days, the balaclava filled with sweat, and then a strange gel-like substance oozed out of it. In addition, after days of attachment to remove, it leaves massive adhesive residue in its place. Once you use them, you won't be able to stop unless you can magically remove the adhesive. I can not. So I had to throw away my favorite hat because I wore it while mowing on a hot sunny day. The sweat lining filled and the gel spread over the head and hat. So I go in and take the lining off to clean it and I see a huge smudge of glue. My hat was on. The gel kept the other liners from sticking to the hat, and the remaining slime residue made it unbearable without a liner. I liked it while it worked. Now I was afraid to put another in my new hat. It ended up costing me more money and trouble than it's worth.
