I bought these after seeing a youtuber recommend them to me. I put them on all my hats. I have nicer hats for going out and hats for work. It absorbs sweat, but then the salt lines on the front of your hat are 10x worse than if you didn't have them in the hat. I work outdoors 10 hours a day and thought they were perfect for absorbing sweat and preventing sweat from dripping onto my sunglass lenses. I love that they keep me sweat free and I love that they are so easy to apply. However, they can't be held properly with most of my headgear.
