I like that you can easily set up sub-tasks, assign them to team members, track progress on each task, and see who's working on each one. It also lets you create different types of tasks (e.g., due date only, status only). Also, it has some nice reporting functions. It also integrates with Slack and Google Calendar which is awesome! We've been using this software for about 3 years now and haven't had any issues or complaints. It works great and has saved us tons of time by eliminating paper timesheets and manually entering data into our database.
