It works great, but it's not a real MAX6675 chip. This is a scammer. Pictured is a real chip, not exactly what you get but it works the same. I tested it on the board it appeared on, it seemed to work. I unsoldered it and replaced it on my 3D printer motherboard, everything worked like clockwork. Then I checked the thermocouple and got decent results, close enough to within about 240 degrees Celsius, which I think is normal. Remember, you pay a few bucks for these parts. If you're expecting this thermocouple to be as accurate as the Fluke version, you need to quit smoking (if you're reviewing products, not in general). Again, my only reason for 4 stars is that this isn't a real MAX6675. Remember that it works just like a real one.
