Does what it should!
I bought this for nail stamping and what convinced me to try it was that it said it was free. Which brings me to my only complaint. I want the color to intensify as it dries. Because it dries completely clear and it's a little hard to tell where it starts when you take it off. I removed it with old tweezers to make it easier to grab and remove.
