Just received but my first impression is that they are really good. Seems to be great quality. ANC works very well for me. The transparency is not as good as Airpods but works well. The sound quality is excellent. I will definitely check them out. I plan to use them on my cars, air tools, cutting and sanding. Update: Whilst they are awesome do hands free calls I am told I enter clearly but also they can hear the background noise of whatever is going on but that's not a bad thing at all. Transparency mode denoises really loud sounds and the denoiser works really well. The sound clarity is fantastic. All day I cut and welded metal with a grinder. The volume is almost inaudible, especially when music is playing. They go well with my welding helmets and I get 10 hours of playtime with them! I've reviewed many different headphones and they fit every breakpoint. Just buy them! Updated 5/11/212 Complaints. Sometimes they turn off and need to be reconnected, but that's rare. My other problem is using them during a call. Sometimes I can be heard quite normally, sometimes the background noise is turned up very loud so that the person I am talking to hears nothing but the background. Unfortunately, that happens more often. And there's never a time when you can't hear background noise in HD. That being said, what I've noticed is that the transparency mode doesn't even come close to matching what the person on the other line can hear, so it seems very much the opposite. Those issues aside, I'm still pretty happy. I hope Tozo will be successful in the next updates. 8.6.21. And that's how it started. I walked her through a few steps. It's impossible to talk on the phone. Randomly cuts off your voice and just keeps the other person focused on your background noise. I'm more mad about it because it's a feature I didn't know I wanted lol. However, the big problem here was the battery life, which was around 9-10 hours. It's slowly getting deeper, now I'm getting 5 hours. Yesterday I only got 30 minutes of it after a 4 hour charge. I used them for an hour this morning so I have no idea what happened yesterday. Anyway, I've only got 5 hours now, so go ahead. Emailed Tozo, let's see what happens next.
