I continued to use Head and Shoulders for a long time against dandruff and showered every day and saw little change in my dandruff. I felt that this would only make the situation worse and make my head even more itchy and dry. I chose The Body Shop because I've heard great things about their store and saw this shampoo earlier this year and decided to try it. Ginger isn't the best smell, but it doesn't spoil hair at all. It's not a strong smell. I noticed that the first two times I used this shampoo I noticed a big change. Less visible dandruff BIG TIME, I've started to believe in this shampoo. The head began to itch less. I don't have to worry about dandruff showing up in public. I really like it, I recommend it, I've been using it for a long time.
