Review on 🚰 Aquasana 3 Stage Chrome Water Filter System: Ultimate Filtration for Pure, Refreshing Water by Susanberry Berg

So I rarely write reviews but felt it was necessary for this product. After receiving the filter system I was happy to install it. I attached one of the filters to hold the system and mark where I will be installing it. Everything was going well until the whole top part came off and fell to the ground. Yes, I messed it up, all my fault, and of course it broke, not really broke. So I emailed customer service who quickly replied that I needed to call their support team to set up an account to order parts. The next day I did exactly that. I called, explained exactly what I had done that it was my fault and the amazing support person on the other end became my hero. (Her name was Rebeca) She just said don't worry as you bought 2 days ago which is covered under warranty. And now, with all the male shame, I admit that I ruined everything, that it was my fault that I dropped it, and Aquasana sent me replacement parts. (which I got three days later!) Awesome customer service from an American company that backs their American made product. The installation went smoothly today and was completed in about an hour as I took my time and was careful this round ;)
