Good Workout Gear for Jump Rope
I bought this because I wanted something to wear when jumping rope. I was about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighed about 165 pounds when I started jumping rope. The size I received was large and fit perfectly. My only downside is the jacket which I would say needs to be a size bigger than the big one. You don't really need a jacket, all you really need is shorts/pants/t-shirt/long sleeves. It was just the jacket.
