Review on 🧩 Hard-to-Find Fastener 014973174002 for Machines by Robert Pierce

The NZXT Kraken 360mm heatsink uses screws with the same thread as these. After measuring I settled on 1-1/4 and while another review mentions 1-1/2 I believe the 1-1/4 might even be slightly larger than the ones supplied - measure anyway. because you don't want to pierce a line in the radiator! Specifically for my heatsink, the screws that came with the Thermaltake fans I fitted didn't pierce it, although they fitted perfectly. I used them in my case on the back of the motherboard with two foam pads and a fan in between (yellow in the picture). If they were slightly larger than the ones that came with the cooler, it helped because of the extra millimeters used by the spacers! 6 1/2 would probably be too long, although I had to use significant force to get it to click into place.
