Purchased this set based on so many positive reviews for a wonderful lobster dinner. !$#% . Lesson learned: have they ever used them on lobsters over 2 pounds? My guests and family were forced to look for replacement cutting scissors and utensils on the bottom shelf. Luckily I had another older, heavier, higher quality pair of scissors and set as I had 9 people. Enjoy good Maine lobsters with claws and tools that work and last for years and won't break after one lobster. They can be used for crabs in the short term but are still of poor quality in appearance, feel and maintenance.
