Knobs are tight: air conditioners
control knobs are very tight. It feels like they break every time I turn the device on. In addition, the associated air duct work was short. Called tech support at 1-800-544-4881 and was told they have a lot of calls with this issue and are pretty much having to live with it. I would not recommend this device.
