The butt gets smaller when you are muscular.
The quality of these thermals was good. The top fitted well, but the pants were a bit tight. I bought these to wear on skis so I don't want to be uncomfortable with a narrow belt. I'm small in everything and ordered a small but decided to return for a different size. I'm 5ft 0in, 120lbs. I'm thin but very muscular. Perhaps for a person with narrower buttocks and less muscular thighs, small ones will do.
