Defective electronics

I got this for my Fire HD10 tablet. I was able to upload data to ut via my laptop, but the next time I looked at it, most of the data was gone. The SD card kept losing data. I tested it with software that tested the card. He went out of order as if he were out of order. Can't return it as I opened it on a 1700 mile vacation and no longer have the packaging. I do not recommend anyone to buy this. I am sorry.
