I love this protein powder. I use a lot of protein powder and prefer to buy the larger sizes and this one was pretty good. Just 120 calories with 25g of protein with little fat and virtually no cholesterol is very good. I have chocolate fudge flavor, will buy other flavors in the future. I've never looked into cholesterol, but beware because some cheap protein powders have a whopping 30+% cholesterol per serving. Folks, read food labels. FYI, I know some people use them mixed with water and find how well they dissolve. Personally, I only blend my smoothies with almond milk and add fruit, yogurt, etc., so I can't vouch for only blending with shaker-size water.
