Amazing! I like that it's low in calories. Try to buy 60 servings if it's $40 or less. For a while I was annoyed that the mixture didn't mix well, but soon realized it was me not adding enough milk.

I love this protein powder. I use a lot of protein powder and prefer to buy the larger sizes and this one was pretty good. This whey blend has 25g protein, 2g carbohydrate, 0g sugar, 1.5g fat and only 10mg cholesterol. Most major brand whey protein blends contain 50-75 mg of cholesterol.
