I recently purchased a 25ft extender and I love it. The job I have I need a long reach. I needed a new cobbing head and wanted to try it. I saw they have a kit with a smaller bar. What was more profitable than just buying a head. They talk about how furry the head is on one side of the head. Unfortunately the packaging is unusable for me. Paul is excellent. But now I will most likely not just buy the head because of the way they packaged it. The photo shows that all the bristles are raised. I pulled out a section to show how it should be. UPDATE I have to say the customer service is great. They took my feedback very seriously. And they sent me a reply saying they were working on a better way to package them.
