My neck pain is gone
When I started experiencing stiffness and nerve pain in my neck I thought I needed to replace my very old memory foam pillow. After 3 nights the pain was gone. The pillow initially felt stiff, but I got used to it and found that what I thought was stiffness was actually support that I probably hadn't gotten from my old pillow in a long time. It stays cool long enough for me to fall asleep. When I wake up I turn the pillow over so it's cool again so I can go back to sleep. This pillow works well for me as I sleep on my side. I would recommend it unreservedly!
