Worked great for our 60# dog

Our boy is used to having doggie door access directly to a screened porch and fenced yard. So when we rented a vacation home without either, we decided to get this anchor and and the Snagle Paw heavy-duty tie out cable. Although he is now a senior dog, he has a history of escaping and adventuring for hours on end, plus he's black so not easy to spot. After reading the reviews for both products we felt confident that he'd be OK for the times he'd be outside without us, which were few and far between. After a couple days at the rental he learned to paw the door so he could go out and lie on the deck in the sun, safely tethered and with 20' of roaming space. Good investment.
