These coffee grinders look good but that's about it. They are quite heavy due to the metal construction. The bottom is unscrewed for filling. Crushers are pretty tight and difficult to fill without making a big mess. It's also difficult to screw in the base, as newly added content (especially peppercorns) tends to dislodge the grinder shaft from the hole in the base. They also have a rather low capacity, so you'll have to do this fight often. Eventually, after using it in conjunction with indexable insert grinders, I came to the conclusion that these push top grinders are not that efficient. It seems like these grinders take a little more pressure than the twists and turns of cheaper built-in grinders to get the same amount of spice.
