The bike was very easy to assemble. Simply connect the handlebars to your bike and tighten with the Allen key provided. Tried lowering the seat but couldn't. The tube that allows the seat to be adjusted expands inwards at the end (to make it easier to lower) so it can be filed to keep the same maximum height. My friend's daughter barely touched the ground with her toes. She is one year old but small for her age. For most this will not be a problem. She will grow into it or wear shoes and be able to reach it better. My friend can grind down the seat tube to lower it.
