When compared to my experiences with other online toy retailers, the time it took for me to receive my order was much longer than a week. The toys and costumes were of poor quality, so I returned them when they finally arrived. They were not worth the money I paid for them because they did not meet my expectations. Poor customer service is, sadly, what sets Toydaze apart from its rivals. I called customer service for help with an order and was treated with inept, nasty employees who were not interested in working with me to find a solution. Overall, I was let down by Toydaze and would not choose them over the other options available. They have a reasonable assortment of toys and costumes, but the website is difficult to use, orders take a long time to arrive, the products are of low quality, and the customer support is unhelpful.
