Review on SteelCentral by Brad Ward

It's very easy to use. Easy to setup. The customer support team is great. I don't like how it integrates with our ERP system. We've been using this product for about 2 years now without any issues. We have not found anything that we dislike so far. We are solving problems related to IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Optimization. We had problems with some servers being down or slow. Our customers were complaining about slow response time when they accessed our website. With Steel Central, we solved these problems.
