Just over a month after I bought them (this year 2021) I bought them here at Revain, based on recommendations etc. Judging by the picture they display these headphones looked pretty sturdy. I know headphones can break, I've been DJing and making music for many years and was specifically looking for an inexpensive but durable pair, particularly ones that don't break easily, and figured based on everything I had weak could find or break easily, I missed that and they aren't very expensive so I didn't google them etc as you think they will last at least 9 months if you take care of them it's reasonable to expect without digging deep on the web and if you really look at them they look solid and sturdy from the outside but if you look closely where the headset connects to the headphone jack then again they look thick and sturdy, here you can adjust them, (turn sideways) headphones, whatever, the weakest headphones I've ever owned or used. Again I just bought them! (One month isn't that long but long enough for their return policy to expire) The most important thing is to understand HOW they broke, I'm literally cautious (I remember because it shocked me when I heard it with no pressure). got a clicking sound when i took my hand off them so i picked them up again and not only were they torn they were completely broken they were hanging off a wire i rolled my eyes and was like well i guess i gonna get them back, but no, this month has just passed, so i was like, 'well, i can glue them on (gluing obviously wasn't an option as you can see), went to put some black tape on them, and posed found they break where the round part of the headset meets the flat part of the eartip, meaning I couldn't even MacGyvern them in. After realizing I just lost my money and headphones, I can only me writing this but I don't like doing it but I bought it because my last pair broke (I know some might think "well then you're not being careful enough" but no, I was. since i bought them and i note below that the sound was really good and i liked them enough to be extra careful only for them to still break) but before i decided to write this review i wanted to give them when in doubt so since i couldn't send them back i decided to see how strong or weak they really are that i somehow didn't use more force than i thought so i broke the other side of the headphones in order to seeing how much force it took, and if they put up even moderate resistance (within reason), I wouldn't write this to warn others, but the other side literally broke with little to no pressure. Breaking a pencil or breaking a mini glow stick is harder than breaking these headphones. In case you realize I've given it two stars instead of one because I think it's pointless to buy them unless you happen to break them, positively the sound was really good and I've really enjoyed them so far. If they hadn't designed them the way they did where I could even glue them I wouldn't be happy with them but I probably would still use them but also the design of theirs prevents that. If I were careless or rude I wouldn't leave comments, although they are very easy to break. I gave games a low rating simply because you can't play them when they're broken. When they didn't break for 33 days, the sound and noise-cancellation were good again. Too bad, I really liked the sound again.
