My wife and I have been using this product for 2 years now. I use it on my beard and hair but the last bottle was different. I didn't notice it until I started putting it on my hair. It's thinner, almost watery, and has a faint fishy smell, like the first smell on the way to the docks in the bay. I thought the results might be the same, but after my hair dried after a shower, it was greasy like I hadn't showered in a week. I looked for a customer support link to report this, get an exchange or refund but couldn't find anything. I hope someone sees this and contacts you.
