Review on 🏍️ Enhance Your Riding Experience with the Airhawk Dual Sport Motorcycle Air Cushion Pad 11" x 11" FA-DUALSPORT by Derick Carpenter

Good pillow. Well done. It pays to play around with the air pressure.

I bought this out of curiosity, fully expecting to try sheepskin and some rolling beads as well. People either like these pillows or they don't. I had no idea what to expect when I first tried it and was disappointed. It's not the same as sitting on a magic carpet. But that is not the point. I have several hundred miles now and I love and appreciate it. First you need to play around with the air pressure a bit to get it right for your body. Less air is generally better than more. Once you've done that, the magic of this thing isn't about making you feel like you're sitting in a comfortable chair; Thing is, after two hours of cycling you don't feel like you're sitting on a rock. I love mine and use them all the time. If you buy one, take the time to play with the air pressure until you get it where you like it. Then don't judge it based on your city trip. Get on the road and drive a few hundred miles and then be surprised your ass isn't killing you. I ride a 2015 Kawasaki Versys 1000LT. The seating position is pretty straight forward. I'm a big guy and adjusted the bike to fit me snugly. Whether you throw this cushion on a bike and expect it to solve big ergonomic problems, or you expect it to do something special for around-town riding, you might be disappointed. If you're happy to hop on a well-tuned bike and ride a few hundred miles at a time, you'll really appreciate it. This pillow gets four stars from me. It's well made, but $108 is too expensive for most people. At $69.95 that wouldn't be a problem with five stars.

Pros
  • Cruiser straps included
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
